How do preorders work?
Preorders are our way of funding new products, similar to Kickstarter and other crowdfunding websites. The perks of running preorders on our own website rather than a crowdfunding website is that we can avoid excess fees, which allows us to provide new items for a much lower price! Preorder items that reach their minimum order needs will be put into production, and you get to be one of the first people to get your hands on the finished product! Preorder items that do not reach their minimum order needs will be refunded immediately following the preorder campaign's end, and will not be put into production. It's for this reason that we greatly appreciate anyone that supports preorders rather than wait for the in-hand release, as without initial backing, we may not be able to produce these items. As a thank you to those who support our preorder campaigns, we make preorder exclusive freebies to send out with orders once they're complete!
How long do preorder items take to ship?
Preorder items are put into production immediately following their full funding! While we try to have these items shipped out as quickly as possible, there's always a possibility of delays due to production errors, the pandemic, etc., so we list our estimated ship times at the top of each item listing. These time frames are subject to change slightly if problems arise or if items arrive early, in which case we will post updates on our social media accounts as well as the item listings themselves. Be sure to check any of these platforms if you're curious about timeline changes!
Help! I need to change my shipping address!
We totally get that things can change during the time it takes to produce these items, so don't let a change of address stop you from participating in preorders! We can change the shipping address for your order at anytime before your order ships! Please email us with your order number, email associated with your order, and your new address, and we'll be happy to assist you! We always post a last-call for shipping address changes on our social media accounts, so be sure to keep an eye out for that if you may be changing your address closer to when preorder items are ready to ship.
Can I cancel my preorder?
As preorder orders directly fund production, we cannot refund orders once preorder periods end. By preordering, you are consenting to waiting for this item, as well as any unexpected delays that may be caused. If there is a problem with your order, or you would like to add/remove items, please email us before preorders are closed with your order number and email associated with your order, and we will be happy to assist you! We appreciate your cooperation and support!
